That might be a tall order for this sort of forum mirror. The newest posts thing can't even work on this as far as I'm aware. Since it's vbulletin software. The other stuff depends on what this forum actually allows vii to change. The skins I'm sure she can change, but it's hard to say whether she can change the side the avys are on. And if she could, it probably would involve changing some coding. (then again, that might be related to the skin she chose as well, so hard to say)

This is just a way to stay together and keep updated in the end. I don't think it's going to be possible to make it the way AW was.

Really? your just nitpicking, let Vii do what shes gotta do, shes still learning and the important thing is that we have a place to hang out. dont sweat the small stuff cause it feels weird, new things that are different broaden your horizons, just be happy you are here and dont complain.

Even though i was gone for a bit doesnt mean i dont care about AW...i had my reasons to be gone for a bit...but regardless this place is just a small token of Vii's appreciation and hard work to keep everyone together...dont think anyone realizes it or not...but my ban was suppose to be lifted by the end of this month...i wasnt going to be gone forever*lol

haha it's no problem with mirror posting how she thinks it could be better. i'm not entirely sure what it will and won't let me to (i miss the new posts section too!), but i'll try my best to mess around with it and give it some improvements and try to make it look a bit like aw did (see if i can get a dark skin, put the avatars on the left, etc).

it's totally cool if you guys list improvements - it might actually make it easier to have some sort of a list of things to try and do so i don't forget anything.

and give me some time, it's only day two of this forum, and i've been kinda busy. XD

Thanks Vii, kinda knew youd atleast try it =) Its where we will spend our time till AW return so we might as well do what we can to make it nice^^

i have no problem with suggestions, it just felt like nitpicking right off the bat. that bothered me. also, this isnt AW so we dont wanna try and copy that as hopefully, it will be back.

haha i know... but we can at least try to make it feel a bit like home. >:3

need to make the scroll bar a different color so you can see it and change the basic color of the text to see it better

it didn't let me make a new post page, but i put up a portal that has the most active topics on it... and it's on every page. :3 if you want to go further back, i guess you just have to go to the subforum.

Although the skin looks great, there is some visibility problems on certain areas, especially with the text in postbit. Though ability to change font color may get around it well xD

I was messing with it late into the night, there is unfortunately no way for members to change font color but if the members have any ideas on color choice, I will gladly hear them out. Same with the BG image, we can go to just a solid color if that would be better, or a different pic if a suitable one can be found. Suggestions are welcome and please

Well, if someone's up to it, it might be possible to use the current image with little to no issue, presuming it was flipped 180 degrees, placing the character on the right.

Other than that, probably an image with dark dominant colors would work. I really can't think of a text color that would show up just right for this image as is though.

Well, i suppose that isn't entirely true. Maybe the blue color in the location bar above the posts here might work.

okay, i added a black background to the posts so they're easily visible. i'd really like to find a very dark anime wallpaper to put up where i could make the background transparent but still be able to read stuff easily... maybe i'll find a bunch and make a poll. O.o

Some of you need to chill. Very disappointed about some of the comments. Also about getting the old AW back, that might not happen. Not only the site, but the servers as well are terminated permanently. So it would be a new AW that Anu and Nox create or nothing. Unless he had back-up of everything, but then it should already have been up. Just expect the worst, that way you wont get so crushed.

i know rebirth about aw but ppl can dream no?
