Like the earlier incidents, investigators don't suspect foul play in the latest discovery, The Globe and Mail reports. Medical examiners believe the feet separate from dead bodies due to natural causes.

I'm not sure I understand... how could they not suspect foul play? Just because the feet separate from bodies doesn't explain how the dead bodies ended up in the water in the first place. Unless they're suggesting they just drowned.
I wonder if a necrophiliac with a foot fetish would enjoy this sort of thing? That would be weird.
